We will discuss medical history, lifestyle habits and suggestions of medical consultants you may need to see before embarking on this journey.

The information gathered during the health consultation and assessment will serve as a foundation for creating a personalised treatment plan that aligns with you.

For those seeking one-2-one guidance and support, Marg offers personalised exercise .Together we create a plan tailored to you . If you are injured a ,beginner looking to establish exercise into your day, seasoned athlete aiming to improve performance ,or someone wanting to improve their movement and strength for the later years of life 50+.

.In - person exercise allows for direct ,personalised guidance and support. If you prefer the convenience and flexibility of online this is also available and small class groups.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

This will include an exerise therapy asdesment , perscriptive exrecises ,massage and various treatment to relieve pain and injury . After 6 week program you will slowly reintergrate into exercise depending on your case.
